A website dedicated to the building and breaking of the Suzuki SJ based kit car

As I have sold my Blitz (and bought a Range Rover/Landrover hybrid) I'll not be updating the technical aspects of this site unless I receive some info from you folks out there.  More photos and things will keep coming and the site will be tidied up a bit.  If anyone wants to take it on then please feel free to contact me.

Tired of that rotten old body on your Suzuki SJ, can't afford a decent Landrover, then join the club!  We are all owners or builders of the NCF Blitz 4x4 which is based on the Suzuki SJ.

The Blitz 4x4 is, generally speaking, a lighter, narrower version of the most capable Suzuki SJ413 Samurai. Internal space is limited as the cabin is almost 9" narrower and you lose the rear seats and boot space but you can make it a little more practical.  There is load carrying space behind the Blitz's seats but access is restricted because of the angle of the roll cage beams (fastback style).  The approach and exit angles are superb due as much to the lack of overhang (none past the chassis legs) as the raised suspension that 400 kg of weight loss gives.  Add a modest 3" lift suspension kit (avoid body lifts) and you get space for 31" tyres and loads of articulation.

As with all websites, we can be a little mono-maniacal  but this does mean we get to compile loads of technical information. Look out for the Technical Links page with lots of hardcore techy info just waiting for your click

As the kit is based very firmly on the SJ there is a wealth of information that can cross over and a lot of it is contained within the specific project pages.

Get out, get muddy, keep safe.
